Q - Do you deliver, set up, dismantle and collect the castles and how long does it take?
A - Yes - and it's all included in the price! And should take the maximum of 45 minutes for both set up and dismantle, this also depends on number of items.
Q - How long can I keep the hired items?
A - You may keep the hire items for a whole day, or just a few hours. The price is the same.
Q - Can I keep the castle overnight ?
A - Yes. For an additional charge of £30, Castles must be kept inflated overnight to protect them against the weather. any other items we ask you to take inside.
Q - What preparation do I need to do before the castle arrives?
A- Hallways, passages and general garden or venue access must be cleared of obstacles. A minimum clearance of 3ft is required to deliver the castle (depending upon size of castle hired). The site for the castle should be cleared of any sharp objects and dog mess. Ensure we have access to an electrical power point within 40 metres of the site. Please make sure this is all done before we arrive otherwise the booking can be cancelled.
Q - Can Bouncy Castles be used inside?
A - Yes, Bouncy Castle's can be used inside but please check with the hall the internal height of the ceiling as we cannot set up if the Bouncy Castle does not have safe clearance from ceiling lights, fans etc as we do not want to be responsible for any damage caused and this may cause us cancelling the castle.
Q - How far in advance should I book?
A - We always recommend booking as soon as you can, we can never tell when the next booking is going to come in and we are unable ti hold items for you unless you have spoke with a member of our team and our waiting a confirmation from a venue but this can only be hold for a maximum of 7 days due to potential loss of earning.
Q - What are the delivery/collection times?
A - Your booking will be confirmed between 5pm and 8pm on the evening before the hire date.
Delivery can be any time from 8am to 12 noon unless otherwise agreed or you need a specific time.
Collection will be between 5pm and 8pm unless otherwise agreed.Please remember that the castle must be inflated and dry before collection.
Q - Are the items cleaned between each use?
A - Yes of course we clean every castle, soft play and any other items after each use, as parents we know how messy children can be, and as a extra precaution due to all the little illness children carry cleanliness is very important to us.
